There is a dog who just moved in. My owner doesn't even seem to notice me. Her eyes are all for the dog. Help!

Dear Rosie,

All you need to do is go and scratch the dog without the owner seeing you. Do whatever you need to do to get him to chase you. Then, run with the dog behind you to your owner and jump into her lap. It will look like the dog tried to hurt you. Bingo! Now your owner will punish the dog.
